چکیده
Abstract Background Cardiovascular autonomic nervous functions (CANF) exert important homeostatic mechanisms to prevent major arterial blood pressure fluctuations by adjusting heart rate (HR), cardiac contractility, and peripheral vascular tone. Children conceived assisted reproductive technologies (ART) are at risk of increased carotid intima-media thickness, insulin resistance, stiffness, hypertension. CANF is impaired in children with obesity diabetes mellitus, conductance artery stiffness documented influence CANF. may therefore be hypothetized ART. Purpose This the first study investigate whether ART have as compared naturally children. Method was studied 105 singletons aged 7–12 years (NC, N=33) or (frozen embryo transfer (FET, N=34) fresh (Fresh ET, N=38)). evaluated continuous non-invasive hemodynamic measurements (Finapres®) HR changes seen relative rest during active standing, deep breathing Valsalva, respectively. Results The descriptive data showed no difference between our groups (Table 1). In multivariate analysis, only Valsalva HR-ratio significantly higher FET NC after adjustments for age, sex, BMI maternal age delivery (Figure For all meaures, effect size (Hedges d) ranged from 0.02 0.48. Conclusion this HR-response were statistically significant adjustment confounders, general sizes small. Children conceived by in vitro fertilisation after fresh embryo transfer.
AIMS To compare the outcome in in vitro fertilisation (IVF) children (after fresh embryo transfer) from multiple and singleton births with one another, and with normally conceived control children. METHODS A cohort of 278 children (150 singletons, 100 twins, 24 triplets and four quadruplets), conceived by IVF after three fresh embryos had been transferred, born between October 1984 and Decemb...
متن کاملComparison of Pregnancy and Neonatal Outcomes in Frozen and Fresh Embryo Transfer in ART Cycles: A Retrospective Cohort Study
Background & aim: In addition to the benefits of frozen embryo transfer (FET), the key question is whether freezing or melting embryos can cause fetal harm and prenatal complications. This study aimed to assess pregnancy and neonatal outcomes after FET and fresh embryo transfer (ET). Methods: This retrospective ...

BACKGROUND Despite of higher pregnancy rate after frozen embryo transfer (FET) which is accepted by the majority of researches, the safety of this method and its effect on neonatal outcome is still under debate. OBJECTIVE The aim of this study was to evaluate pregnancy and neonatal outcome of FET compare to fresh cycles. MATERIALS AND METHODS In this study,1134 patients using fresh ET and 2...

متن کاملPmn-19: A Comparison of Neonatal Outcomes following Transfer of Frozen and Fresh Embryo
Background: Currently, frozen embryo transfers contribute an increasing rate of births from assisted reproductive technologies such as in vitro fertilization (IVF). However, very few studies evaluated the neonatal outcomes from frozen embryo transfer. This study aimed to investigate and compare the neonatal outcomes from frozen embryo transfer versus fresh embryo transfers. Materials and Method...
