Primary cardiac tumors are rare and most frequently benign. The common primary myxomas. Early clinical symptoms can resemble different cardiovascular systemic diseases. heterogeneity in their presentation is due to the localization of myxomas structural characteristics. In cases an echocardiographic examination sufficient establish diagnosis. diagnosis referral for surgery prevent debilitating complications. definitive treatment surgical extirpation tumor. We present two myxomas, first which was localized left atrium had villous characteristics, presenting mainly with embolic events. second case, tumor formation right atrium, solid nature, causing angina dyspnea.
