چکیده
Nanomechanical systems offer a versatile platform for both fundamental science and industrial applications. Resonating vibration has been demonstrated to enable an ultrasensitive detection of various physical quantities, with emerging applications including signal processing, biological tests quantum mechanics. It also shown that the mechanical nanoscale cantilever can be used detect electromagnetic analogue-modulated waves. However, signals obtained receivers are so weak data transfer often fails; best our knowledge, no successful practical demonstration yet reported. Here, we present first experimental use nanomechanical digital image. Furthermore, fabrication method achieved tiny gap around field emitter vibrational nano-antenna, which enables receiver work quite low power consumption, on order 10nW.

Carbon nanotube sheets or films, also known as 'buckypaper', have been proposed for use in actuating, structural and filtration systems, based in part on their unique and robust mechanical properties. Computational modeling of such a fibrous nanostructure is hindered by both the random arrangement of the constituent elements as well as the time- and length-scales accessible to atomistic level m...

This paper reviews the recent research of carbon nanotubes (CNTs) used as nanomechanical sensing elements based mainly on theoretical models. CNTs have demonstrated considerable potential as nanomechanical mass sensor and atomic force microscope (AFM) tips. The mechanical and vibrational characteristics of CNTs are introduced to the readers. The effects of main parameters of CNTs, such as dimen...

Carbon Nanotube Field Effect Transistors (CNFETs), consisting of semiconducting single-walled Carbon Nanotubes (CNTs), show great promise as extensions to silicon CMOS and in large-area electronics. While there has been significant progress at a single-device level, a major gap exists between such results and their transformation into VLSI CNFET technologies. Major CNFET technology challenges i...
