Based on statistics from the National Cancer Institute in US, rate of new cases cancer is 442.4 per 100,000 men and women year, more than one-third do not survive disease. diagnosis treatment are most important challenges modern medicine. The majority diagnosed at an early stage. However, possibility simultaneous application therapy (theranostics) will allow for acceleration effectiveness treatment. Conventional chemotherapy effective reducing chemoresistance progression various types cancer. In addition, it causes side effects, which mainly a result incorrect drug distribution. Hence, therapies being explored as well delivery strategies. this regard, nanotechnology has shown promise targeted therapeutics to cells. This review looks latest advances delivery-based therapy. Drug nanosystems made carbon (graphene, fullerenes, nanotubes) discussed. Their chemical properties, advantages, disadvantages explored, these systems compared with each other.
