Benthic Macroinvertabrate distribution in Tajan River Using Canonical Correspondence Analysis
The distribution of macroinvertebrate communities from 5 sampling sites of the Tajan River were used to examine the relationship among physiochemical parameters with macroinvertebrate communities and also to assess ecological classification system as a tool for the management and conservation purposes. The amount of variation explained in macroinvertebrate taxa composition is within values r...

In this regard, based on two variables, Social Capital and Quality of Life, the degree of Tehran’s membership in the set of social development was studied using FSQCA software. This research was an applied and descriptive research methodologically; and extensive in quantitative...
متن کاملApplications of Latent Class Analysis in Social Science Research
An overview is provided of recent developments in the use of latent class (LC) models in social science research. Special attention is paid to the application of LC analysis as a factor-analytic tool and as a tool for random-effects modeling. Furthermore, an extension of the LC model to deal with nested data structures is presented.
متن کاملCanonical Pseudo-Correspondence
Generalizing an example from (Fine 1975) and inspired by a theorem in (Jónsson 1994), we prove that any modal formula of the form π(p ∨ q) ↔ π(p) ∨ π(q) (with π(p) a positive formula) is canonical. We also prove that any such formula is strongly sound and complete with respect to an elementary class of frames, definable by a first order formula which can be read off from π.
