We perform an analysis of the ultraviolet divergences quantum nonprojectable Horava gravity. work field theory directly in Hamiltonian formalism provided by Batalin-Fradkin-Vilkovisky quantization. In this way second-class constraints can be incorporated to A known local gauge-fixing condition leads a canonical Lagrangian.
