چکیده
The present study investigated the intracanal decontamination and apical extrusion of bacteria debris from root canals instrumented with rotary reciprocating systems (ProDesign Logic or ProDesign R), different file diameters using conventional syringe irrigation (CSI) passive ultrasonic (PUI). Eighty extracted mandibular premolars were contaminated Enterococcus faecalis randomly assigned to eight experimental groups according canal instrumentation technique employed (n = 10): G1: Prodesign 25.06; G2: R G3 G4 same single-file systems, respectively, 35.05 CSI. متن کاملInfluence of File Motion on Shaping, Apical Debris Extrusion and Dentinal Defects: A Critical Review
Advances in endodontics have enabled the evolution of file manufacturing processes, improving performance beyond that of conventional files. In the present study, systems manufactured using state of the art methods and possessing special properties related to NiTi alloys (i.e., CM-Wire, M-Wire and R-Phase) were selected. The aim of this review was to provide a detailed analysis of the literatur...

objectives: during root canal preparation, apical extrusion of debris can cause inflammation, flare-ups, and delayed healing. therefore, instrumentation techniques that cause the least extrusion of debris are desirable. this study aimed to compare apical extrusion of debris by five single-file, full-sequence rotary and reciprocating systems. materials and methods: one hundred twenty human mandi...
