Can Inclusive Entrepreneurialism Be a Solution for Unemployed Female Graduates? A Study on Inclusive Entrepreneurial Intention

Recent reports highlighted a worrying trend in Malaysia where the number of female graduates has increased but at same time there is lower workers. Particularly, 2022, most unemployed are women, accounting for 54.2% total, according to Department Statistics (DoSM). This increases gender gap workforce and subsequently decreases participation towards nation-building economic growth. Meanwhile, studies have shown that inclusivity can significantly affect reduction unemployment rates increase re-employment. Thus, this study suggests “Inclusive Entrepreneurship” be viable solution problem observed, as entrepreneurship might more attractive option than employment graduates. paper aims explore factors influencing inclusive entrepreneurial intention among Malaysia.
