Can HPWS Promote Digital Innovation? E-Learning as Mediator and Supportive Organisational Culture as Moderator

Nowadays, corporations constantly innovate to stay ahead of the competition in contemporary business environment. Thus, enterprises invest high-performance work systems (HPWS) that foster employee growth and improve their abilities, turn, accomplish digital innovation circular economy. The primary objective this study is better understand how interact, while also examining potential mediating roles e-learning moderating effects a supportive organisational culture between them. For data collection, questionnaire quantitative method was used, survey included sample 575 workers from tourism sector China. According findings, HPWS favourably correlated with innovation, serves as partial intermediary relationship. outcomes demonstrate an encouraging further strengthens connection innovation. These findings emphasized value introducing initiatives organisations promote highlighting necessity maximize advantages these projects.
