ABSTRACT Entrepreneurs are business people who remarkably contribute to the country's economic growth. The growing intention and interest in entrepreneurship will create new jobs, innovative products, services. Entrepreneurial intent is essential motivating students pursue careers as entrepreneurs their professional lives. This study aims understand students' entrepreneurial intentions by analyzing influence of education personality. Moreover, conceptual framework built this used theory planned behavior (TPB) integrated with individual Data were collected using purposive sampling undergraduate program. structural equations tested WarpPLS software. findings revealed that regarding personality impacts subjective norms attitudes. Furthermore, all elements intention. As a result, programs should cover management courses improve competency develop positive emotions toward entrepreneurship.
