چکیده
Objective: This study aimed to analyze the effect of a combination calorie restriction and moderateintensity continuous exercise on FFA levels visceral fat weight in female mice exposed high-caloriediet.Material Method: research was randomized posttest used only control group design with femalemice as sampl Balb/c (Mus musculus), 8 weeks old, 20-30 grams. It randomly divided into fourgroups, namely C (control group), G1 (moderate-intensity G2 (calorie restrictiongroup), G3 (combination moderate-intensity exercise) wherein every consisted six mice. Providing high-calorie diet using ad libitum plus D40 muchas 3-5% calories (0.0325 mL/gBB) for 4 weeks. The provision done usingthe sonde technique. Calorie 3x/week by limiting intake 50% ofstandard foods. carried out swimming 15 minutesplus 6% gBB loading, it 3 times/week measurement cholesterol, fatweight, level at end treatments. Results: results found that mean cholesterol (171.00±47.74 mg/dL), (126.00±15.92 (131.50±22.37 (121.17±21.23 mg/dL) dan (p=0.032). fatat (0.68±0.23 grams), (0.25±0.08 (0.28±0.06 (0.20±0.03 grams) (p=0.000).The were (1511.34±6.19 µmol/L), (1419.31±53.61 (1458.20±28.89µmol/L), (1451.55±43.77 µmol/L) (p=0.004).Conclusion: Based study, could be concluded restrictionand significantly reduced levels, weight, FFAlevels

Effect of daidzein-low-calorie diet on body weight, serum levels of glucose, resistin, and high sensitive C-reactive protein in high fat, high calorie diet induced rats.
OBJECTIVE To assess the effect of restricting calories with or without daidzein on weight, serum levels of glucose, and inflammatory markers in obese rats. METHODS This experimental study was carried out in Jundishapur University, Ahvaz, Iran, from September 2010 to January 2011. Obesity was induced in 30 male Wistar rats (140-160, 6-8 weeks age) after 6 weeks by feeding them a high-fat diet...

Purpose: Obesity is one of the most common problems in the world. Imbalance between energy consumption and expenditure is a main factor in weight disorder. Exercise helps losing weight by increasing energy expenditure and modulation of the energy intake. The present study examined protective effects of daily moderate aerobic exercise on preventing weight gain in high fat diet rats. Materia...

We tested the hypothesis that obesity reversal by calorie restriction (CR) versus treadmill exercise (EX) differentially modulates adipose gene expression using 48 female C57BL/6 mice administered a diet-induced obesity (DIO) regimen for 8 weeks, then randomized to receive for 8 weeks either: (1) a control (AIN-76A) diet, fed ad libitum (DIO control); (2) a 30% CR regimen; (3) a treadmill EX re...

Introduction. The aim of this study was to investigate the effects of high fat diet-induced obesity and interval and continuous exercise training on visceral fat SIRT1 and insulin resistance in male rats. Method. Forty male rats were divided into two groups: high-fat diet (HFD; n=32) and standard diet (C; n=8). After 10 weeks inducing obesity, eight rats from the HFD and C groups were sacrifi...
