Calculation Method of Core Loss Under Intermediate Frequency Excitation

Based on Brockhaus magnetic measurement system, the properties of GT100 ultra-thin silicon steel under middle and high frequency sinusoidal excitation are measured. Preisach model, static hysteresis loss characteristics simulated accurately. In addition, an improved model was proposed. The formula eddy current according to skin effect principle, statistical parameter V0 abnormal adjusted by iterative algorithm. simulation results dynamic loop iron at different frequencies flux densities compared with measured results, which verifies accuracy versatility model. influence increasing density total is also studied.
