Calcifilaxis del pene: reporte de dos casos

چکیده
La calcifilaxis del pene es un trastorno vascular infrecuente, que se observa principalmente en pacientes con enfermedad renal terminal. Esta entidad representa reto, debido a las malas condiciones generales presentan los pacientes, especialmente nuestro medio, y porque requiere manejo multidisciplinario. Debido la fisiopatología subyacente estos casos, penectomía parcial o total necesaria para disminuir alta tasa de complicaciones patologías originan. Presentamos 2 casos pene, antecedentes diabetes mellitus tipo crónica.
