Isolasi mandiri merupakan langkah pertama yang dilakukan oleh seseorang terinfeksi COVID-19 baik untuk memiliki gejala maupun orang tanpa (OTG). Tujuan dilakukannya isolasi adalah demi mencegah penularan virus terhadap orang-orang sekitar terutama keluarga terdekat. C36 WA Solver salah satu upaya memonitoring pasien tengah melaksanakan dengan membantu mereka melalui pengecekan kondisi berbasis aplikasi chat WhatsApp. dikelola anggota kelompok 36 KKM Untirta bekerja sama satgas bertugas di desa tersebut. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa cukup efektif warga dalam rumah.
