The processes of photoexcitation and energy transfer in an air-saturated solution fullerene C60 n-methylpyrrolidone are studied. With femtosecond laser pumping at a wavelength л(p) = 520 nm, transient absorption spectra were obtained the range 470-750 nm. Broadband is observed л > 650 nm as result aggregation molecules, characterized by short decay time picosecond scale. analysis dependencies indicates presence several processes. Within proposed interpretation, we state remarkable reduction singlet-triplet intersystem crossing with increase nanocluster size while rapid quenching singlet varies only slightly. quantum yield triplet can therefore increase, reaching 0.14. phosphorescence oxygen maximum 1276 measured LED excitation various wavelengths 370-625 lifetime rate constant determined. combined estimated 0.74. efficiency photosensibilization C60-(n-methylpyrrolidone)-oxygen system obtained, indicating increasing role large nanoclusters this process during aging solution.
