چکیده
Conversion of livestock manure into organic fertilizer is a sustainable strategy in crop production. In contrast to composted manure, the agronomic characteristics an anaerobic digestion by-product, digestate, have not been well characterized. This study aimed investigate effects digestate and compost, derived from pilot-scale waste recycling system, on bioactive compounds tomato fruits. Both field greenhouse experiments were conducted compare these two fertilizers with application chemical fertilizer. These comparisons made by evaluating their influence yield compound contents antioxidant activity The experiment included control (no fertilizer) three fertilization treatments same nitrogen dose: fertilizer, compost. results revealed that compost yielded similar terms production, surpassing both group under conditions. Fertilization exhibited significant capacity Furthermore, led increase concentration sugars, phenolic compounds, several acids fruits while simultaneously reducing citric acid levels comparison treatment. Moreover, improved total phenol flavonoid fruits, was significantly higher than conclusion, or system reduced use resulted yields fruit considerably superior compounds. suggested using as alternative inorganic for cultivation could assist farmers increasing productivity, improving content fruit, promoting agricultural management.

The evaluation of quality in agricultural products affords many research problems. Primarily, there is the difficulty of defining quality factors and the worker does well to confine his efforts to those correlated with very concrete morphological or chemical differences which are easily measureable. The variations in quality which are noted by consumers may be caused by conditions existing duri...
متن کاملYield and Qualitative Traits of Sesame as Affected by Irrigation Interval, N Fertilizer and Superabsorbent
In order to study the effect of irrigation interval, N fertilizer and superabsorbent on yield and qualitative traits of sesame (Sesamum indicum L.), a split-split-plot experiment was coducted in a farm in Khusf of Birjand, Iran in 2009 on the basis of a Randomized Complete Block Design. The main plot was devoted to irrigation interval at three levels of 6, 12 and 18 days, the sub-plot was devot...
