Buyer’ Black Box Model Change in COVID-19 Pandemic

The COVID-19 pandemic has changed the structure of human life globally, starting from social, economic, political, health aspects, and so on. This study attempts to map impact changes in Generation Z consumer behavior period before after took place with black box model 3 stages, namely stimuli, transformers, responses. was conducted on 186 undergraduate students an age range 17-24 years measuring consumption patterns, entertainment, basic necessities. research uses mixed methods concurrent models, through type triangulation strategy. results showed that there a significant change entertainment patterns terms selection purchasing processes. Surprisingly, pattern shopping for necessities tends not experience contrasts media coverage panic buying.
