The main purpose is to сonduct research investment activities, design business processes, evaluate find improvements that help organize process. Business-process based circumstances, responsible for company’s money investments one important components mentioned cash flow. In given article high-level process offered, also there are pre-investment budgeting sub-processes. author proposes distinguish three phases: Pre-investment, investment, exploitation. Improvements perceived by members companies directors, finance departments as factors improving quality activity. results study can be useful managers context developing improvement measures activity, identifying key areas process, which will improve profitability, transparency trust willingness cooperate with investors future.
