Business failure and entrepreneur experiences of passion

This article examines how passion affects an entrepreneur’s business failure experiences. Our study explores the link between type of entrepreneur exhibits and effect this has on entrepreneurs’ attitudes reactions to failure. We analyse way in which informs entrepreneurs identification with their business, entrepreneurial process. Entrepreneurs who experienced harmonious maintained emotional distance from Harmoniously passionate had a rational perspective were reflective, self-aware, adaptive future oriented. obsessive passion, defensive reactionary about Obsessively attached contingencies increased stress conflict. findings suggest promising opportunities for research interplay heterogeneous passions, adaptive/maladaptive action regulated goal pursuit.
