Burnout, work engagement and life satisfaction among Spanish teachers: The unique contribution of core self-evaluations

چکیده
The aim of this study was to examine burnout and engagement dimensions as predictors life satisfaction in a sample 531 Spanish teachers. We also aimed the additional contribution core self-evaluations on satisfaction, above beyond socio-demographic variables dimensions. Results hierarchical regression analyses indicated that explained substantial unique amount variance accounted for age, one dimension (i.e., personal accomplishment) dedication). Additional analysis found accomplishment dedication mediated link between satisfaction. Some practical implications current findings educational context are discussed.
