The aim of the study is to develop a value-based approach management organizational staff, which involves employee behaviour through development commitment corporate values, will improve quality and efficiency management. methods analogy, expert assessment, estimating investment project, coefficient method, direct method value human capital by cost are used. result methodology for studying personal as well system indicators measure effectiveness decisions taken in area personnel It proposed impact staff three ways: results achieved individual values; degree achievement objectives; personnel. presented was tested context an agricultural organization, it that be reoriented from goal-based solutions has been assessed developed indicators.
