Madrasas are part of an educational organization that organizes education with Islamic characteristics. continue to innovate and reform in their implementation, so they become institutions have advantages able compete the midst globalization. performance teachers culture madrasa which is reflected aspects values norms believed be true, attitudes behavior residents, as well all habits traditions internalized existing programs madrasas. The purpose this study describe organizational madrasas by referring theoretical concepts, descriptive analysis effort improve teacher performance. method uses a qualitative approach. Data mining techniques through, documentation, interviews, observation. presented analysis. Respondents informants were madrasah heads at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Insan Cendekia Sangatta. results data researchers obtained from observations, interviews documentation related title under study, namely "Madrasa Organizational Culture MTs Sangatta, there several research findings, Sangatta emphasizes standard pedagogic competence towards professional competence, driven discipline togetherness quality, developed more goals National Education, vision mission institution. process developing religion through goals, institution pesantren strong will, impact namely: begin grow value work discipline, growing sense mutual respect appreciation, students diverse achievements both academic non-academic fields, community begins interest high societal trust.
