چکیده
The issue of entomopathogenic fungi’s prodigious rate reproduction plagues both academic research and clinical practice. Several production technologies preparations based on them are currently available. These medications appear to be liquid, powdery, dry, grainy. selection nutritional medium substrates, as well the identification ideal breeding conditions, crucial steps in manufacturing pesticide formulations. Making fungus is successful when solid substrates used. Because medium, develop more spores. This article presents results experiments nutrient EMV-71 for cultivation strains P. varioti EMR-57 B. bassiana , which have been found virulent against spider mites aphids, use sucking pests vegetable crops greenhouses. Barley grain has most effective food substrate fungal obtaining large numbers spores from them.

Variability in the production of extracellular enzymes by entomopathogenic fungi grown on different substrates
Entomopathogenic fungi are important controllers of pest-insects populations in agricultural production systems and in natural environment. These fungi have enzymatic machinery which involve since the recognition and adherence of spores in their hosts culminating with infection and death of these insects. The main objective of this study was to analyzed extracellular enzyme production of the fu...

متن کاملEntomopathogenic fungi-based mechanisms for improved Fe nutrition in sorghum plants grown on calcareous substrates
Although entomopathogenic fungi (EPF) are best known for their ability to protect crops against insect pests, they may have other beneficial effects on their host plants. These effects, which include promoting plant growth and conferring resistance against abiotic stresses, have been examined in recent years to acquire a better understanding of them. The primary purposes of the present study we...
متن کاملEntomopathogenic Fungi on Hemiberlesia pitysophila
Hemiberlesia pitysophila Takagi is an extremely harmful exotic insect in forest to Pinus species, including Pinus massoniana. Using both morphological taxonomy and molecular phylogenetics, we identified 15 strains of entomogenous fungi, which belong to 9 genera with high diversities. Surprisingly, we found that five strains that were classified as species of Pestalotiopsis, which has been consi...
