Vitamin D has been known for nearly a century its antirachitic action. Hypovitaminosis at the child leads to defect in bone mineralization related an alteration of phosphocalcic homeostasis resulting disturbance growth. The best treatment is prevention, which must be systematic. We propose, through this case-control study, determine vitamin and PTH status healthy infants with deformities lower limbs identify risk factors. inclusion was done chronologically consecutively all months year. duration study two years, from January 1,2014 December 31, 2016.
