Blue-Mindfulness Training: A Story of Restorative Justice Decolonizing and Re-indigenizing Communal Relationships with Water

This article aims to introduce and describe the development of concept Blue-Mindfulness TrainingTM, which was created designed by Thaddeus Gamory supported research experience other experts in field. Drawing from author’s others' practical experience, authors present a "Voice Field" perspective on creating developing Blue-MindfulnessTM . Instructional Framework, coined Mr. Blue-MindfulnessTM, addresses impacts historical racial discrimination trauma BIPOC communities, specifically marginalized African American communities while promoting communal safe relationship with water. By positive water, hope encourage these embrace benefits water as source healing well-being promoting, educating, supporting safety education drowning prevention.
