چکیده
CABG being one of the most common types cardiac surgery, lowers risk Myocardial Infarctions and patients can remain symptom free for as long 10-15 years. Though this surgery became more common, there are 2 methods performing CABG, they On-pump Off-pump techniques. Recent studies reveals several advantages technique than technique. So intention study was to analyze if is anyphysiological significance doing over The physiological parameter considered in includes Blood urea level. Post results blood level showed almost similar outcomes among both techniques surgery. Thus, renal function unaffected by whether with or without cardiopulmonary bypass, spite theoretical advantage off-pump

Surgery for coronary artery disease is known as coronary artery bypass grafting (CABG). It was one of the landmark operations in the history of cardiac surgery that rescued millions of people afflicted by coronary artery disease. It was first performed by Kolesov,1 was popularized by Favaloro,2 and is still the leading heart operation performed today. Current reasons for performing CABG are the...

Evaluating Off-Pump Coronary Artery Bypass Grafting To the Editor: We read with interest the article by Sedrakyan et al.1 The authors found that off-pump surgery was associated with a reduced risk of stroke, atrial fibrillation and surgical wound infections as compared with on-pump. If the results were presented as events, the reductions were translated into 10 fewer patients with stroke, 80 wi...
