Blastic Plasmacytoid Dendritic Cell Neoplasia (BPDCN) is a rare hematological malignancy whose pathogenesis has not yet been elucidated. Skin, bone marrow, and lymph node involvement can be observed, it generally seen in men old adults. Immunohistochemistry (IHC) features of skin marrow biopsy are essential for diagnosis. There no standardized treatment options this malignancy, the prognosis particularly poor. Although there multiple agent chemotherapies such as Hyper-CVAD CHOP used. Bone transplantation may an option patients with life expectancy. More case reports required to understand manage extremely malignancy. We report we encountered our clinic selected CVP approach.
