Introduction: Bizarre Parosteal Osteochondromatous Proliferation (BPOP), or Nora’s Lesion, is a very rare condition, with less than 200 documented cases that exist in the literature. BPOP / Lesion of talus has not been reported any literature Indonesia. Therefore, this study aim to present unique and case (Nora’s Lesion) talus.Case: An eighteen-year-old male patient admitted hospital complaint palpable lump at his front right ankle region since seven years ago size marble. On physical examination, there was swelling anteromedial aspect ankle, hard consistency, well-defined, immobile, without neurovascular impairment. There pain exacerbated by sports activities. history trauma located lump; he fell while running on ground few before first arose no fracture, wound, area. The range motion (ROM) left ankle. operation performed under general anesthesia. After an incision made, mass exposed we did osteotomy complete surgical excision. Conclusion: In case, radiographic imaging showed well-defined exostosis arising from bone cortex, but continuity it. Histopathological examination consistent BPOP. We suggest “En-bloc” (complete excision) as recommended treatment for
