چکیده

Background: The biomolecular technique namely Real-Time Polymerase Chain Reaction (RT-PCR) is very important in confirmation of coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) but progressive infection and predication the illness severity not used.
Objective: Therefore, study aimed to determine relationship between viral load COVID-19 based on cycle threshold (Ct).
Methodology: research was designed a case series study. included 60 patients that were confirmed by RT-PCR test with divided into two major groups. first group mild moderate cases (n:20) treated at home (outpatient) second severe critical (n:40) isolation center (inpatient).
Results: results showed no illness, where minimum Ct 14, maximum 36. mean 22 ± 7. On other hand, low (high load) reported early detection cases. In addition , 60% (36 cases) had ; ≤ 15 25 ) 40% (24 high (low 26 39 more than less cycles . 95 % (mild -values 42.5 (severe critical) -values. kinetic load–based week as 21) longitudinal assessment individuals requiring third –fourth weeks clear RNA significant reduction samples (Ct values > 30).
Conclusion: concluded several factors can affect (onset date, collection technique, type swab, sampling method). Briefly, cannot be used predictor illness.

Finding Relevant Biomolecular Features

Many methods for analyzing biological problems are constrained by problem size. The ability to distinguish between relevant and irrelevant features of a problem may allow a problem to be reduced in size sufficiently to make it tractable. The issue of learning in the presence of large numbers of irrelevant features is an important one in machine learning, and recently, several methods have been ...
