چکیده
Nanoporous graphene (NPG) exhibits an apparent semiconductivity to solve the zero-gap problem of and also offers multifunctionalities that are directly associated with its structural chemical nature. However, reliable, low-cost, large-scale production NPG is a major challenge for practical applications. Here, high-performance resistive-switching memory cell based on biomass-derived materials demonstrated first time. A new processing method suggested create 3D starting from Saccharum officinarum. The fabricated Au/NPG/Au two-terminal devices achieve excellent electrical performance characterized by operating voltage below 5 V ON/OFF current ratio over 106. range device characterizations reveal oxygen ion migration charge-injection modulation as key mechanism behind observed behaviors. This unconventional approach important step toward sustainable electronics intelligent technologies.

Water desalination across nanoporous graphene.
We show that nanometer-scale pores in single-layer freestanding graphene can effectively filter NaCl salt from water. Using classical molecular dynamics, we report the desalination performance of such membranes as a function of pore size, chemical functionalization, and applied pressure. Our results indicate that the membrane's ability to prevent the salt passage depends critically on pore diam...

S D C1 C2 Over the past few years there has been a surge of interest in graphene, a recently isolated [ 1 ] one-atom-thick layer of carbon atoms arranged in a honeycomb lattice. From the application point of view this interest has mainly been driven by the high carrier mobility of graphene [ 2–4 ] which enables fabrication of fi eld-effect transistors (FETs) with much smaller channel resistance...
متن کاملMultilayer Nanoporous Graphene Membranes for Water Desalination.
While single-layer nanoporous graphene (NPG) has shown promise as a reverse osmosis (RO) desalination membrane, multilayer graphene membranes can be synthesized more economically than the single-layer material. In this work, we build upon the knowledge gained to date toward single-layer graphene to explore how multilayer NPG might serve as a RO membrane in water desalination using classical mol...

Nanoporous grapheme-based materials have been widely recognized as an emerging and promising membrane material or selective layer of membranes to be used in separation [1] and purification applications [2, 3]. For instance, a pioneered modeling work reported by Cohen-Tanugi and Grossman [4, 5] shows that a graphene sheet with subnanometer pores can provide superior water transport rate and high...
متن کاملTerahertz and mid-infrared plasmons in three-dimensional nanoporous graphene
Two-dimensional (2D) graphene emerged as an outstanding material for plasmonic and photonic applications due to its charge-density tunability, high electron mobility, optical transparency and mechanical flexibility. Recently, novel fabrication processes have realised a three-dimensional (3D) nanoporous configuration of high-quality monolayer graphene which provides a third dimension to this mat...
