Consistent with our previous studies, we continue to evaluate the antioxidant potential of Greater celandine (Chelidonium majus L), a representative Papaveraceae family, collected from northern Poland using model muscle tissue rainbow trout (Oncorhynchus mykiss Walbaum). Therefore, in present study, oxidative stress biomarkers [2-thiobarbituric acid reactive substances (TBARS), protein modification carbonyl derivative content, total capacity (TAC)] were used activity extracts (final concentration 5 mg/mL) derived stems and roots C. majus.
