Heterocyclic compounds make a very important branch of organic chemistry, and it has always been an interesting area study in medical chemistry. They are present variety drugs, vitamins biologically active compounds. Over two decades, 1,3,4-oxadiazoles have interest to chemists owing their diverse therapeutic potential; the studies focus mainly on principles combinatorial chemistry with broad spectrum biological activity. In continuation review article, general literature sources that consider chemical heteryl derivatives 2,5-disubstituted as synthetic substrates precursors for oriented synthesis, systematized. widely used antibacterial, fungicidal, anti-inflammatory, antidiabetic, anticancer, antitubercular, antioxidant, antimalarial, analgesic, anticonvulsant, antidepressant anti-HIV drugs. It is note combination 1,3,4-oxadiazole nuclei different heterocyclic moieties some cases had synergistic effect. The aim work search new activities, systematization generalization methods drug synthesis (BIODS) based 1,3,4-oxadiazoles. Conclusions. article analyzes, generalizes systematizes data obtained from describes results activity 1,3,4-oxadiazoles, which allowed confirm pharmacological potential. established oxadiazoscafold main structural component found various evidences relevance its further perspective matrix construction drug-like molecules. analysis presented material demonstrates significance prospectivity drugs this segment nitrogen-containing heterocycles.
