چکیده
Levels of biologically active and reserve substances were investigated in the leaves rhizomes Paeonia anomala L., P. hybrida Pall., lactiflora Pall. The peonies’ are rich ascorbic acid (1205.7 mg/100g ) tannins (15.9% 15.7% at beginning growth season. Concentrations flavonols, pectins, carotenoids Siberian peonies low is a promising species for further research on set levels because this stands out among three terms catechins (1297.8 mg/100g), protopectins (10.1%), saponins (19.2%), sugars (22.1%) rhizomes. In these parts plant, starch (18.6%) accumulates most studied species. analyzed change significantly by end season vary widely (except ), protopectins, increase while concentrations decrease

Influence of Natural Sources of Biologically Active Substances on Livestock and Poultry Reproduction
Synthetic hormones and bioactive substances (vitamins, pigments and isoflavons) which have been used in the feed industry are accumulated in milk, meat and eggs. It is suspected that these are responsible for a number of side-effects such as carcinogenesis, liver and kidney damage, allergies in consumers. Furthermore the synthetic hormones, vitamins, pigments are less active than those extracte...

Bird skin has a number of specific properties. The uropygial gland is a significant skin gland in many species. The secretion of this gland is particularly necessary for maintaining physical characteristics, including feather waterproofing. In some bird species this gland secretion has a repellent effect against potential mammalian predators; in other species it affects the final colour of feat...
