Biodisponibilidad ruminal de minerales del pasto King Grass (Pennisetum purpureum) fertilizado con nitrógeno

چکیده

El presente proyecto se desarrolló en la Estación Experimental Tropical Pichilingue del Instituto Nacional de Investigaciones Agropecuarias (INIAP) y el Laboratorio Análisis Bromatológico Universidad UTE. Se evaluó efecto fertilización nitrogenada con urea (0, 25, 50 75 kg N ha-1) sobre degradabilidad (biodisponibilidad) ruminal in situ (DIS) los macrominerales (Ca, P Mg) pasto King Grass cosechado a 40 días rebrote. Para análisis estadístico empleó un diseño bloques completos al azar, donde criterios bloqueo fue animal realizó incubación ruminal, respectivamente. Los niveles provocaron cambios biodisponibilidad (degradación) Ca, Mg Pennisetum purpureum las diferentes horas incubación, acción que mayoría casos afectó cinética degradación sus fracciones (Fracción soluble (A), Fracción insoluble pero potencialmente degradable (B), indegradable (c). Potencial (A+B).
