چکیده
It is impossible to imagine the epizootic well-being of poultry without immunoprophylaxis. Today, there are many vaccines prevent infectious diseases in poultry. Our work aimed determine how repeated vaccination affects biochemical parameters serum. The post-vaccination changes protein, lipid, and enzyme metabolism experimental group, which received vaccine prophylaxis, highlighted work. obtained blood serum samples on 1st, 15th, 25th, 50th, 75th, 100th, 120th days chickens' life were analyzed using a semi-automatic analyzer for content glucose, total albumins, globulins, bilirubin, creatinine, uric acid, alpha-amylase activity, alanine aminotransferase, aspartate lactate dehydrogenase, alkaline phosphatase, gamma glutamine transferase, creatinine kinase. conducted studies established an increase indicators research group 100-day-old chickens after last prophylaxis complex compared control namely: hyperpotenemia by 8.6 %, hyperbilirubinemia 19.6 hyperglycemia 20.3 hyperenzymemia aminotransferase 31 transferase 21.2 7.9 3.9 phosphatase 11.9 dehydrogenase 18.2 %. In connection with this, we can assume stimulation processes poultry's body against background prophylaxis.

Frequent symptoms after DTPP vaccinations.
A prospective study of minor reactions after the four combined vaccinations for diphtheria, tetanus, pertussis, and poliomyelitis (DTPP) was performed in 540 infants in the Netherlands. An analysis was made of the symptoms observed by the infants' parents after 2026 inoculations. The aim was to assess the frequency, association, and risk of recurrence of minor reactions. These were designated a...
متن کاملCCR Translations Immunostimulation Versus Immunosuppression after Multiple Vaccinations: the Woes of Therapeutic Vaccine Development
Three articles in this issue of Clinical Cancer Research show how multiple vaccinations can lead to immunosuppression. Moreover, two studies in patients show that granulocyte macrophage colony-stimulating factor (GM-CSF) as an adjuvant immunostimulant to different kind of vaccines can lead to adverse outcome in terms of relapse-free and overall survival. Modulation of regulatory T-cell activity...

متن کاملPulmonary sarcoid-like granulomatosis after multiple vaccinations of a long-term surviving patient with metastatic melanoma.
Autoimmune side effects are frequent in patients with cancer treated with immune checkpoint-targeting antibodies, but are rare with cancer vaccines. Here, we present a case report on a patient with metastatic melanoma who developed pulmonary sarcoid-like granulomatosis following repetitive vaccinations with peptides and CpG. Despite multiple metastases, including one lesion in the brain, the pa...
