چکیده

The objects of research were the fruits apple trees Golden Reinders variety (rootstock M 9) grown on basis experimental plantings Agricultural institute, Science Academy Abkhazia. Complex organic fertilizers have been selected as agrochemicals Antistress Chelate and Filling. is aimed at finding new, highly efficient environmentally friendly agrochemicals, also determines development technology for their application. It was found that in humid subtropical zone accumulates from 10.6% (under control) to 11.6% (with non-root treatments) sugars. Treatments with affected main quantitative patterns content mono- disaccharides fruits. amount fructose ranges 6.63 g/100 g control 7.52 during treatments; glucose average only 1.1-1.2 g, depending variant. Sucrose 2.4-2.6 times more than glucose, which characterizes ripening processes Agrochemicals treatments an ambiguous effect accumulation acids. So, if there a significant increase malic, citric tartaric acid processing, then lactic, succinic, oxalic acetic drops. sugar-acid index averages 13.6 units, slightly acidic taste.

Evaluation of Biochemical Composition and Enzyme Activities in Browned Arils of Pomegranate Fruits

Aril browning threatens production, consumption, and exports of pomegranates, because affected fruit cannot be externally distinguished from healthy fruit. This study compared the mineral, biochemical composition, and related enzyme activities in affected brown arils with healthy ones in ‘Malase Saveh’ pomegranates. The results indicated that concentrations of Cu in the aril and K, Mg, and Mn i...
