Objective: Teriflunomide is used for the treatment of multiple sclerosis and available in 7mg 14mg tablets. This study aimed to develop validatea simple economical HPTLC method estimation human plasma. Methods: was developed using toluene: ethyl acetate: acetic acid as mobile phase stationary a TLC plate precoated with silica gel 60 F254.
