Bioactive Substances of Cydonia oblonga Fruit : Insecticidal Effect of Tannins on <i>Tribuliumm confusum</i>

The objective of this study was to evaluate the phytochemical, antimicrobial, and insecticidal properties tannins derived from Cydonia oblonga fruit.Qualitative quantitative methods were used for determination phytochemicals fruits. fruit extracted using solvents salts, their antimicrobial activity against S. aureus ATCC 25923 E.coli 25322 C.albicans investigated.The lethal effect extract evaluated on Tribolium confusum under controlled laboratory conditions (at temperature 28 ± 2°C, relative humidity 75 5%, photoperiod 16:8).The obtained results showed very interesting levels extraction (9.66%, 7.33%) respectively. exerted no tested strains.On other hand, all doses (50 μl, 100 200 μl) adults by inhalation method a bio-insecticidal with an LD50 109.64 μl tannin extract. can be alternative development natural drugs insecticides important role in fight parasites.
