چکیده

Nonwoven fabric with cellulosic base has many Features ability to absorb biological fluids and can easily adapt for different types locations of wounds, which made it common unique in surgical dressing. The study aimed To design samples one layer two layers nonwoven fabrics the inner deep endoscopic wound dressings control fluid leakage. 100% cotton, viscose, viscose/polyester (70:30) % were used as samples, every materials interchangeably two-layer (layer-by-layer) samples. One-layer dyed using green coffee extraction, while enhanced by adding powdered between them, an innovative use dressing applications. Electrospinning technique was form a delicate membrane Ciprofloxacin (CIP) antibiotic Kylie Collagen coat single-layer without dyeing compare their performance Also, comparing results that powder coating nanofibers membrane. Designed evaluated mechanical physical properties fabrics, addition, FTIR, SEM, absorbency antimicrobial activity, K/S especially finally cytotoxicity CIP, collagen, coffee. pointed one-layer extraction achieved high-performance function air permeability activity. While layer-by-layer showed improvement strength, properties, cotton/ viscose layers, viscose/ blended polyester followed sample coated 0.1wt% CIP

Protein and Lactose Separation by Modified Ultrafiltration Membrane using Layer by Layer Technique

Layer-by-Layer (LbL) is a method which can be used for nanoscale coating and surface functionalization of a material. LbL technique mainly uses the electrostatic attracting between charged materials (polyelectrolytes, nanoparticles, etc.) and an oppositely charged surface. In this study, protein separation (BSA) from lactose solution was carried out using the LbL self-assembly method, which was...

Improved oxidation resistance of organic/inorganic composite atomic layer deposition coated cellulose nanocrystal aerogels

Cellulose nanocrystal (CNC) aerogels are coated with thin conformal layers of Al2O3 using atomic layer deposition to form hybrid organic/inorganic nanocomposites. Electron probe microanalysis and scanning electron microscopy analysis indicated the Al2O3 penetrated more than 1500 lm into the aerogel for extended precursor pulse and exposure/purge times. The measured profile of coated fiber radiu...

Mechanical characterization of cellulose nanofiber and bio-based epoxy composite

Cellulose nanofibers are one class of natural fibers that have resulted in structures with remarkable mechanical properties. In this study, the cellulose nanofibers are used as reinforcements in the forms of layered films in a bio-derived resin. Assessment of swelling behavior is performed together with an assessment of the tension and fracture behavior. Crack resistance behavior is compared to...
