چکیده
Acetoin is an important bio-product useful in the chemical, food and pharmaceutical industries. Microbial fermentation major process for production of bioacetoin, as petroleum resources used chemical methods are depleting day by day. Bioacetoin using wild microorganisms easy, eco-friendly economical method bioacetoin. In present study, culture conditions nutritional requirements were optimized bioacetoin a non-pathogenic strain B. subtilis subsp. JJBS250. The bacterial produced maximum (259 mg L−1) peptone (3%) sucrose (2%) at 30 °C, 150 rpm pH 7.0 after 24 h. Further supplementation combinatorial nitrogen sources, i.e., (1%) urea (0.5%), resulted enhanced titre (1017 culture. An approximately 46.22–fold improvement was achieved optimization process. analysis samples thin layer chromatography confirmed presence filtrate. enzymatic hydrolysate obtained saccharification pretreated rice straw sugarcane bagasse cellulase from Myceliophthora thermophila. Fermentation 210 473.17 mgL−1 respectively. Enzymatic hydrolysates supplemented with source showed two to four-fold Results have demonstrated utility type JJBS250 potential making use renewable cost-effective lignocellulosic substrate. Therefore, this study will help sustainable management agricultural waste industrial combating environmental pollution.

Relationship of Bacillus subtilis clades associated with strains 168 and W23: a proposal for Bacillus subtilis subsp. subtilis subsp. nov. and Bacillus subtilis subsp. spizizenii subsp. nov.
Earlier phylogenetic studies based on the inferred DNA sequences of the polC, rpoB and gyrA genes suggested that strains of the species Bacillus subtilis formed two clusters, indicating the presence two closely related taxa; one contained the laboratory strain 168 and the other the laboratory strain W23. Significant sexual isolation was found between strain 168 and members of the group containi...
متن کاملComplete Genome Sequence of Bacillus subtilis subsp. subtilis Strain 3NA
Bacillus subtilis 3NA reaches high cell densities during fed-batch fermentation and is an interesting target for further optimization as a production strain. Here, we announce the full genome of B. subtilis 3NA. The presence of specific Bacillus subtilis 168 and W23 genetic features suggests that 3NA is a hybrid of these strains.
متن کاملComplete Genome Sequence of Bacillus subtilis subsp. subtilis Strain ∆6
Bacillus subtilis ∆6 is a genome-reduced strain that was cured from six prophages and AT-rich islands. This strain is of great interest for biotechnological applications. Here, we announce the full-genome sequence of this strain. Interestingly, the conjugative element ICEBs1 has most likely undergone self-excision in B. subtilis ∆6.
