Bilateral Adnexal Torsion during the Third Trimester of Pregnancy

Acute pelvic pain during pregnancy can pose a problem for differential diagnosis. We report case of bilateral adnexal torsion in the third trimester pregnancy. Indeed, this diagnosis may go unnoticed front associated with and only an early management avoid irreversible lesions due to ischemia, which jeopardize subsequent prognosis fertility. Our patient is 28 years old, primiparous, polycystic ovary syndrome, followed stimulated by clomiphene citrate. She developed preeclampsia intrauterine growth retardation follow-up her presented maternity emergency room sustained uterine contractions at 36 weeks' gestation. The had code red cesarean section suspected retroplacental hematoma. Intraoperatively, no hematoma was found but adnexa huge ovaries. Conservative treatment recommended postoperative simple. Adnexal that should not be ignored presence any acute pregnant woman.
