Beside and Behind the Wheel: Factors that Influence Driving Stress and Driving Behavior

چکیده
A large percentage of traffic accidents are due to human errors. Driving behavior and driving stress influence the probability making these mistakes. Both influenced by multiple factors, among which might be elements such as age, gender, sleeping hours, or working hours. The objective this paper is study, in a real scenario without forcing driver’s state, relationship between behavior, stress, elements. Furthermore, we aim provide guidelines improve assistants. In used 1050 samples obtained from 35 volunteers. correspond regular commutes home workplace. ANOVA ANCOVA tests were carried out check if there significant differences four factors analyzed. Although results show that affected most critical variable Drivers with long days suffer significantly more compared other drivers, corresponding effect on their style. These drivers worst at maintaining safety distance.

Driving reproduction: RFamide peptides behind the wheel.
The availability of tools for probing the genome and proteome more efficiently has allowed for the rapid discovery of novel genes and peptides that play important, previously uncharacterized roles in neuroendocrine regulation. In this review, the role of a class of neuropeptides containing the C-terminal Arg-Phe-NH(2) (RFamide) in regulating the reproductive axis will be highlighted. Neuropepti...

Background Asthenozoospermia accounts for almost 50% of the cases of male infertility. Our study investigating phosphoproteins differentially expressed in asthenozoosperm has identified the phosphoproteins relevant to sperm motility and the signature molecules likely to be altered in asthenozoospermia. The 66 phosphoproteins differentially expressed included four alpha tubulin isoforms which we...

متن کاملInfluence of Steering Wheel Torque Feedback in Dynamic Driving Simulator
A preliminary study on the role of torque feedback in the steering wheel was conducted on the Clio dynamic driving simulator at RENAULT. An experiment comparing different torque feedback strategies was conducted to evaluate the potential of driving simulators in the study of future steer-by-wire systems. The results indicate that drivers on the simulator can control their vehicles in curves wit...
