The article is about creating the image of optimistic President Barack Obama through a rhetorical strategy positive self-presentation, using language effectively in his speeches. strategy, implemented by two tactics – view compatriots and predicting good future for United States. These techniques, aimed at challenging audience's thoughts moods, provide appropriate use techniques. Tactics representation involves describing American citizens world terms their professional, family, national, or other aspects.
