In recent years, “difficult” patients have gained attention, and behavior contracts been introduced into clinical practice. This is because some behave inappropriately toward healthcare providers, require to refrain from such behavior. However, it has highlighted that ethical problems. We present an analysis of the viewpoint psychiatric practice patient psychology. analyze why become for medical practitioners explain consideration must be given psychological aspects burden mental illness.
