چکیده

Dyes are complex molecules that can sometimes cause damage to the aquatic environment and harm human health. They often not completely removed from effluent by usual treatments; therefore, efforts have been made increase their exhaustion dyeing through chemical physical processes. In this context, use of β-cyclodextrin (β-CD) as auxiliary agent promotes reduction harmful products, also increasing color intensity fabric. paper, β-CD was used a complexing dye polyamide (PA) using C.I. Disperse Yellow 211 (DY211) in order improve β-CD:DY211 complex. The conventional process were compared, adsorption kinetics, isotherms, coloristic evaluated. shifts FTIR spectra thermal stability evidenced formation Regarding kinetics isotherm, pseudo-first-order model most appropriate describe process, while Nernst isotherm one best represented results. Categorically, samples dyed with obtained higher comparison process. With evidence, it is possible conclude cyclodextrin suitable replacement for environmentally textile aides without adding further steps into or need additional equipment.

Development and Characterization of Paracetamol Complexes with Hydroxypropyl-?-Cyclodextrin

Paracetamol is a sparingly soluble bitter tasting drug. It is widely used as an analgesic and antipyretic. Complexation of drug with different cyclodextrins (?, ? and HP-?-CD) was attempted to improve solubility of Paracetamol. During the drug excipient interaction studies, ?, ? cyclodextrins elicited analytical interference and showed considerable absorbance at ?max (243.5 nm) of Paracetamol w...

γ-Cyclodextrin cuprate sandwich-type complexes.

Three structures, based on γ-cyclodextrin (γ-CD) and metal ions (Cu(2+), Li(+), Na(+), and Rb(+)), have been prepared in aqueous and alkaline media and characterized structurally by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. Their dimeric assemblies adopt cylindrical channels along the c axes in the crystals. Coordinative and hydrogen bonding between the cylinders and the solvent molecules lead to the f...

A study of the antibacterial efficiency and coloration of dyed polyamide and polyester fabrics modified with colloidal Ag nanoparticles

In this study, the influence of dyeing on the antibacterial efficiency of polyamide and polyester fabrics loaded with colloidal Ag nanoparticles and the influence of the presence of Ag nanoparticles on the color change of dyed fabrics were investigated. Dyes C.I. acid green 25 and C.I. disperse blue 3 were used for dyeing of polyamide fabrics, while dye C.I. disperse violet 8 was used for dyein...
