Banning Illegal Political Financing as an Anti-Corruption Standard of Business Conduct

The problem of political corruption is particular relevance for criminological science. processes formation and functioning power, due to their high social significance, have long been subject negative influences, therefore they need a special protection mechanism. the research legal regulation ban on illegal financing activity, as well its reflection in local regulations commercial organizations. article examines one forms activity by officials author used dialectical method cognition, system-structural, formal-logical other methods scientific cognition. To study practice regulating at level organizations, monitored official websites 250 largest Russian companies. monitoring content showed that organizations not yet developed unified approach activity. In addition, more than 50% surveyed this prohibition absent regulations. One reasons low anti-corruption lack motivation companies conduct business with integrity. results allow us conclude it necessary take set measures aimed stimulating consolidate activities, limiting possibility committing corresponding offenses.
