چکیده
One of the reasons for non-compliance with requirements regulatory documentation powdered materials, including drugs is microbiological contamination. The search alternative technical approaches bactericidal disinfection using modern physical methods relevant research. Checking compliance activated carbon «Silcarbon», which used in medicine as a sorbent, showed that number fungi (TYMS) exceeds permissible norms several times. A experimental studies where ultraviolet light, combination UV radiation and ozonation were have been performed to disinfect «Silcarbon» from contaminants. It shown optimal results can be achieved terms content molds yeasts: total amount does not exceed 70 CFU/g ozonation. When pulsed lamps flux density 10000-10500 W/m2, was 30 CFU/g, 20 meets documents. In dependance on method use contamination ranges 50 CFU/g.

Thermophilic Aerobic Digestion of Activated Sludge; Reduction of Solids and Pathogenic Microorganisms
In the temperature range of 10 to 80 ºC and in a batch digester, a typical activated sludge was digested aerobically. Reaction rate constants were determined by measuring the amounts of volatiles removed from the suspended solids at different time intervals during the process. The maximum value of the reaction rate constant (0.45 d-1) occurred in the temperature...
متن کاملDetermination of fungicidal activities against yeasts and molds: lessons learned from bactericidal testing and the need for standardization.
In certain unique clinical settings, the ability of the antimicrobial agent administered to kill the pathogen outright may be quite important. These situations invariably involve infection of a site not easily accessed by host defenses and/or of a structure with essential anatomic or physiologic function such as the heart (endocarditis), central nervous system (meningitis), or bone (osteomyelit...
متن کاملProduction of Activated Carbon from Cellulose Wastes
Cellulose wastes of a wood and paper factory were used to produce activated carbon. Several chemical agents under various conditions were used for production of activated carbon and hence their adsorption properties have been evaluated. In addition the effect of process parameters such as raw material, chemical agent concentration, impregnation ratio, carbonization temperature, carbonization ti...

متن کاملBlack Molds and Melanized Yeasts Pathogenic to Humans.
A review is given of melanized fungi involved in human infection, including species forming budding cells and strictly filamentous representatives. Classically, they are known as "phaeoid" or "dematiaceous" fungi, and, today, agents are recognized to belong to seven orders of fungi, of which the Chaetothyriales and Pleosporales are the most important. Infections range from cutaneous or pulmonar...
