Back to Westminster: A new transatlantic agenda to defend democracy

Across the transatlantic area and, indeed, across democratic world, democracy is under strain from domestic and external factors, while throughout authoritarian totalitarian forces continue to quash people’s desire for freedom human dignity. In this context, article takes stock of ongoing challenges, argues a renewed agenda that returns spirit President Ronald Reagan’s 1982 Westminster Speech.
