چکیده
There is a growing interest in using biocontrol agents to control fungal diseases and increase the production of jujube fruit (Zizyphus jujua Miller var. inermis Rehder). The purpose this study was use Bacillus licheniformis PR2 inhibit promote orchards. B. secreted 92.4 unit/mL chitinase, which inhibited phytopathogens through hyphal alterations with swelling bulbous structures. also mycelial growths pathogens Botrytis cinerea, Colletotrichum gloeosporioides, Phytophthora nicotianae by 81.3%, 60.1%, 67.0%, respectively. increased yield 17.9 kg/tree reducing rotting damage caused pathogens, 3.2 times higher than that achieved without treatment. In addition, produced auxin, promoted cell division after flower fertilization, thus increasing length diameter 1.2-fold compared those control. These results confirmed eco-friendly could effectively orchards improve its size yield.

Research Paper PRODUCTION AND PURIFICATION AND CHARACTERIZATION OF STREPTOKINASE USING Bacillus licheniformis UNDER SOLID STATE FERMENTATION
Streptokinase is a novel fibrionotic protein produced by several bacterial species. As a therapeutic, streptokinase can be used as thromboembolic disorders where it dissolves a blood clot by the activation of plasminogen to plasmin. In the present study, Bacillus licheniformis used for the production of streptokinase under soya bean as carbon source. The optimum day, pH and temperature were als...
متن کاملProduction of Extracellular Protease and Determination of Optimal Condition by Bacillus Licheniformis BBRC 100053 (RESEARCH NOTE)
The production of protease by Bacillus licheniformis BBRC 100053 was studied. The most appropriate medium for the growth and protease production is composed of: lactose 1%, yeast extract 0.5%, peptone 0.5%, KH2PO4 0.1%, MgSO4.7H2O 0.02%. Enzyme production corresponded with growth and reached a maximums level (589 U/ml) during the stationary phase at 35°C, pH equivalent to 10 and with 150 rpm af...
متن کاملProduction and characterization of biosurfactants from Bacillus licheniformis F2.2.
A biosurfactant-producing strain, Bacillus licheniformis F2.2, was isolated from a fermented food in Thailand. The strain was capable of producing a new biosurfactant, BL1193, as well as two kinds of popular lipopeptide biosurfactants, plipastatin and surfactin. Mass spectrometry and FT-IR analysis indicated that BL1193 had a molecular mass of 1,193 Da with no peptide portion in the molecule. W...
متن کاملOptimization of Fermentation Conditions for Cellulases Production by Bacillus licheniformis MVS1 and Bacillus sp. MVS3 Isolated from Indian Hot Spring
The aim of this work was to study the effect of some nutritional and environmental factors on the production of cellulases, in particular endoglucanase (CMCase) and exoglucanases (FPase) from Bacillus licheniformis MVS1 and Bacillus sp. MVS3 isolated from an Indian hot spring. The characterization study indicated that the optimum pH and temperature value was 6.5 to 7.0 and 50-55C, respectively....
متن کاملElevated Atmospheric CO2 Affects Ectomycorrhizal Species Abundance and Increases Sporocarp Production under Field Conditions
Anthropogenic activities during the last century have increased levels of atmospheric CO2. Forest net primary productivity increases in response to elevated CO2, altering the quantity and quality of carbon supplied to the rhizosphere. Ectomycorrhizal fungi form obligate symbiotic associations with the fine roots of trees that mediate improved scavenging for nutrients in exchange for a carbohydr...
