Nasal polyp is a chronic inflammatory disease affecting about 1–4% of the general population. polyps are fleshy benign growth that develop in mucosal lining nasal passage and paranasal sinuses. Polyps vary size having shining pink colour shaped like grapes. The exact etiology remains unclear but it known to have associations with allergy, asthma, infection. common features obstruction, anosmia, rhinorrhoea, post drip less commonly facial pain. In Ayurveda, closely related nasa arsha. Nasa arsha Kapha vata vyadhi located Urdwanga which kapha sthaan. this study, single case 60 years old male patient presented frequent episodes anosmia mouth breathing sometimes headache since 2 year was taken for study. An approach made treat by sodhana, shamana sthanika chikitsa positive clinical response. Local therapy application Apamarga khara karma over polyps. This study aimed at introducing new treatment modality formulation.
